~Aerial Pilates- A dynamic fitness practice that combines traditional Pilates principles with the support of a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. This unique setup allows participants to perform a variety of strength, flexibility, and core-stabilizing exercises both in the air and on the ground. By using gravity and suspension, aerial Pilates helps to decompress the spine, improve posture, and enhance body awareness—all while offering a fun, low-impact workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, it’s an excellent way to build strength, release tension, and explore movement in a whole new way.


~Please wear the following items:

  • Socks

  • Tight leggings- for safety

  • A t-shirt

  • Please bring water :)
