In Pole Flow, you’ll learn foundational skills like smooth transitions, pirouettes, floor-to-pole movement, weight transfers, and controlled spins. You'll also develop body awareness, timing, and how to connect movement to music.
The purpose of Pole Flow is to create fluid, continuous motion between tricks, improve movement quality, and express emotion or storytelling through choreography.
