~Aerial Hoop- Aerial hoop (aka Lyra) is a circular steel apparatus suspended from a single point on a certified rig and mounted onto a swivel to allow circular rotation while performing. This discipline also helps participants  gain strength, flexibility and body awareness.


~Please wear the following items:
  • Socks
  • Tight leggings- for safety
  • A t-shirt
  • Please bring water :) 

Class Structure:

  • Warm up

  • Dynamic stretching

  • Peak/moving within the hoop

  • Cool down
