This is your time to move, practice, and play on your terms. This unstructured session gives you full access to the studio. No instruction—just a safe, supportive space to explore your fitness journey at your own pace. Perfect for all levels looking to build strength, confidence, and creativity.  

- Practice pole combos and tricks! 
- Use the space for your yoga flow or tackle new poses!
- Bring headphones & clean running shoes to work on your step routines!
- Use the Pilates mats and equipment! 


***You MUST warm up for a minimum of 10 minutes before any physical activity. An instructor will be present in the studio to assist in warm-ups, cool-downs, or spotting if wanted***
