~Step Aerobics- This SUPER FUN 30-minute step aerobics class is designed to boost cardiovascular endurance, improve strength, is a great tool for weight loss, and in general, will increase overall fitness. The session combines traditional step aerobics with targeted strength exercises, using light weights or bodyweight to tone and sculpt muscles. Perfect for all fitness levels, the class provides modifications to ensure everyone can work at their own pace.

What to wear/bring to classes:

  • Exercise clothing that you are comfortable in

  • CLEAN, indoor running shoes

  • Water bottle

**Please try to arrive 5 minutes early to determine at which height you would like your Step Platform to be set at, and also to choose desired hand weights should you choose to use them!**
