~Aerial Yoga- this restorative class is a hybrid form of yoga that combines traditional yoga moves infused with modern yoga moves and a silk hammock. This unique yoga practice  detoxifies your body, improves brain function, circulation, lung function, lymphatic function, digestive system and mood. It will also relieve insomnia and so much more!


~Please wear the following items:
  • Socks
  • Tight leggings- for safety
  • A t-shirt
  • Please bring water :)

Class Structure:

  • Light warm up of the body, starting to become aware of the brain/body connection

  • Opening meditation and breathwork in the hammock (option to sit on the earth)

  • Warm up

  • Sun Salutations

  • Inversions

  • Targeted muscle group exercises 

  • Stretch/cool down

  • Savasana
