~Pole Fitness- a fun and empowering class that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. The pole works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture, mainly focusing on upper body and core strength.
~Please wear the following items:
Shorts- pants will be fine for the first few beginners classes, shorts highly recommended for safety
Sports bra
Please bring water :)
