~Pole Fitness- a fun and empowering class that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. The pole works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture, mainly focusing on upper body and core strength. 


~Please wear the following items:

  • Shorts- pants will be fine for the first few beginners classes, shorts highly recommended for safety

  • Sports bra

  • Please bring water :)


Class Structure:

  • Warm up

  • Dynamic stretching

  • Peak/learning pole spins and moves

  • Cool down
