~Floor Yoga- The floor yoga instructor is trained in a yoga style called Vinyasa. This style of yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. 

  • This class is beginner friendly and the instructor is able to modify the class to suit the classes needs. This means that we can switch to a slower pace and eliminate the breath work between moves.


Class Structure:

  • Intro and Dharma Talk

  • Warm Up

  • Sun Salutations

  • Standing Sequence 

  • Standing Balance/Inversions

  • Back Bends (if able)

  • Neutralizing Twist

  • Forward Bends (if able)

  • Cool Down

  • Savasana
